We needed to find a place to buy new luggage and the lady at the front desk not only directed us to a nearby mall, but also called a taxi for us and waited with us until it arrived. The level of service provided was truly exceptional. The hotel also offered amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. we were highly satisfied with our experience here.

Despite being exhausted from my city break, I had trouble sleeping at night due to the lack of soundproofing in the room. I could hear everything, from conversations to drapes closing and even the use of toilets.

The room had a modern look and feel that I appreciated, and the bed was comfortable. there was a free shuttle that took me to and from the airport, making transportation a breeze.
